Attention is invited towards DGFT Trade Notice No. 09 dated 12.06.2017 on the above mentioned subject The Foreign Trade (Development & Regulation) Act, Through Trade Notice No. 9 Dated 12.06.2017, DGFT has decided to keep the identity of the entity uniform across the Ministry/Department, Hence, Implementation of Notification No.06/2015-20 dated 13th May, 2022 - Issue of RCs due to Prohibition on Export of Wheat. 30/05/2022, 30 The DGFT vide Trade Notice No. 09 dated 12.06.2017 informed that with onset of GST, PAN Number of entity will be used for the purpose of IEC.Inclusion of Ports of Import in continuation to Notification No. 20/20215-20 dated 24.08.2021 and Notification No. 23/2015-20 dated 03.09.2021. 25/09/2021 Importer Exporter Code (IEC): As per DGFT's Trade Notice No. 09 dated 12.06.2017, the PAN of an entity would be used as the Import. Export code (IEC).
