The in-game manager mishandles SkyUI because of an oddity in the mod's internal records. Try this to force the in-game manager to recognize the mod. Goto C:Users[your name]AppDataLocalSkyrim Special Editionplugins.txt and open plugins.txt (notepad will do) Ensure your SkyUI is enabled by placing a * to its left as shown below *SkyUI_SE.esp fileslib. Next, open-up %localappdata% and where should be a sub-directory called "skyrim special edition gog" or something similar. Use Notepad or similar to add the various plugins you've installed from mods to plugins.txt and make sure you add a * at start of each line. I had a problem with the MO2 install for Oblivion but then I realized the MO2 Linux installer routes ONLY to the main drives SteamLibrary. So if anyone is having problems with that I just installed MO2 with protontricks using the games Proton version.
